Can the client forward the link?
Yes. Anyone with an unprotected link can open or forward it. For a document you own, enable password protection in the dashboard before distributing the link. The upload is public before protection is enabled, so this flow is not suitable for documents that must remain private from upload. View counts do not identify readers.
Does it work on the client's phone?
Yes. The PDF opens in the mobile browser, exactly like any web page.
